This is an exciting new project coming to the City of Brampton. Our development vision includes the intensification and redevelopment of our site for a multi-tower, mixed-use development which will feature significant new residential units and street retail commercial. The development of the site will be phased and we will be focusing on integrating the site into the existing neighbourhood. The product we will be delievering will be of a premium standard of urban design and architecture. Currently we are working with the City of Brampton to move this project forward.
Gervais St, Midland
We are working on the redevelopment of a compelling piece of land in the Town of Midland, minutes away from Little Lake. The development will feature over a dozen luxurious residential dwelling units.

Bolton Steel, Bolton
This is an existing industrial building which we are managing in Bolton. The manufacturing done at Bolton Steel is extremely specialized, and the factory is one of a handful of its kind in Canada.
